Overrlapp is a simple tool for planning group meetings. Here is the whole policy, in plain language:
- We only read your calendar's free/busy times, and only after you connect it to plan a hangout. We never read event titles, notes, or guests.
- When the organizer confirms, we create one meeting on their calendar and request calendar invitations for the group. Acceptance and reminders depend on your calendar settings. Nothing else on your calendar is changed.
- We store meeting details, participant names and calendar email addresses, suggested times, availability counts, preferences, and the confirmed time. Calendar connections are encrypted and remembered on your device. Revoking access in Google prevents future calendar access; it does not automatically erase stored meeting records.
- No accounts, ads, or advertising trackers. Participants can see who joined and who can attend suggested times, but not the underlying calendar events. Google receives the meeting details and invitee email addresses to send invitations. We do not sell your data.
- Disconnect anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
To the extent any law applies, we process only the minimum data needed to do exactly what you asked for — nothing more.
